My Adagio utiliTEA just arrived today, and has replaced the Sunbeam Hot Shot I used to use for brewing teas. I am not making any solid statements on it yet, but first impressions are very positive. Give me a few days to feel it out and I'll have a full review on it.

I have the earlier model of the same kettle. (You can see it in the last picture of my latest post).
I love it. It's been going strong for about 4 years of daily use. I never use the dial though, I thought I would, but I prefer to just keep it "pegged on boil" and use other methods to control temp. on certain teas.
